My research concerns applications of Hamiltonian dynamics to a wide variety of physical problems, from microwave ionization of Hydrogen atoms to asteroidal satellites to extrasolar planets around binary stars. Most of this research is carried out at the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics and the Center for Integrated Plasma Studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder with collaborations at the University of Vienna, University of Potsdam, and l'Observatoire de Paris.
