Go to the CIPS conference room page and click on "To Webcal for Conference room schedule.

Login to WebCal (top right hand corner of the screen) and use your CU IdentiKey username and password. If you are not already subscribed to DUAN-F931 you must do so before you can schedule.
Subscribing
- Click on the "Calendars" tab in the top left corner and click on "Subscribe" (denoted
by a magnifying glass.) Search:"DUAN-F931" and
check the left hand box next to "DUAN-F931." Select "Apply" and
click "ok." Click on the "View" tab.
- You should now be
subscribed to the conference room and can continue on with the scheduling process.
Once you are subscribed

Under "Current Calendar" (top right corner) select "DUANF931." Click on the addition sign on the date you would like to schedule your event.

Enter your event title, the date, starting time and duration of the event, repeat option*, privacy**, location, description, etc.
*Option:
You have the option of scheduling an event which will occur repeatedly every month/week/biweekly, etc. Click on the "repeat" box to use this option.**Privacy:
For privacy please choose "public event." This option allows others to know the room is reserved.
You MUST invite DUAN-F931 to your function

Under "Invite other users or resources" enter "DUAN-F931" and select "Invite"

You have the option of reminding yourself and others of your function, click on the "reminders" tab and enter your relevant information.

Then click "OK." Your event is scheduled and you can log out of WebCal (top right hand corner.)
Canceling your event

Login to WebCal and remove your event from your personal calendar by clicking on the "X."

This will remove your event from your personal calendar, your attendee’s personal calendar, and the conference room calendar.

(Decline of invite by attendees will not cancel the event; the inviter is the only person that can cancel it.)

Once the event is cancelled, you can log out.
